Optic Nook collects account, shipping, and prescription information to fulfill orders and meet legal verification requirements.
Prescription images and verification records are stored securely, access-logged for staff and doctors, and retained as required (at least three years for contact lens verification records).
We do not sell your prescription data. A fuller privacy notice and any HIPAA-related determinations will ship before public launch with counsel review.
