Free shipping on all orders within the United States for standard delivery once your order is paid and the prescription gate is cleared.
We do not ship contact lenses or prescription glasses until a valid prescription path is complete (upload review, doctor verification, or doctor-issued Rx from an online exam).
Returns
Unopened contact lenses in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable if charged).
Opened contact lens boxes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.
Prescription glasses may be eligible for remake or return within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect or an error against the prescription on file. Custom lenses made to your Rx are final sale once accepted, subject to defect remedies.
